Simple Thin Crust Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3-4 rice wraps I get mine in the freezer section of our health food store
  • 1-2 cups organic pizza sauce I use homemade or a local brand I like to pick up. Even most regular grocery stores will carry organic now - tomatoes are heavily pesticided so that is one I like to stick to organic on
  • 2 cups raw cheese
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  • Get out a couple baking sheets and place a wire rack in each of them. If you don't have wire racks you can use Silpat or parchment paper but the wire racks keep the crust aerated so they come out crisper.
  • Place the tortillas on the wire racks and dress up your pizza.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
