Update 2020 :: I like to swap the flours for 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups of Namaste Gluten Free Flour blend. I like to use olive oiled hands to spread the dough out on the parchement paper as well. When I have time, I do find that if you let the dough rise for 30 minutes before spreading the crust has even better flavor. You can spread it out and let it rise on the pizza pan too.
