Warm a skillet over medium high heat. Add the butter to melt, and then add the onion. Saute the onion about 5-6 minutes until soft and golden.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, stir to combine, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the frozen corn and gluten free flour. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
Add the coconut milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and cook for 5 minutes or so until the sauce thickens.

Bacon is also so good to add to this. Cook the bacon before everything else and cook the onions in the bacon grease Add the crispy bacon back in at the end.
