Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado pitted
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, Greek yogurt, or yogurt alternative
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2-3 stalks of green onion
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water you can add more for a thinner consistency to your preference

Instructions

  • Everything goes into a food processor or bullet blender, and blend to the consistency you prefer.
